Google解釋Pixel 6指紋解鎖較慢是安全演算法所致 且保護貼要慎選Google認證品

Google Pixel 6 與 Pixel 6 Pro 繳出不錯的成績單，不過卻也有些奇怪的小問題，包括部分螢幕狀況、莫名自動撥號、快速充電未達聲稱的 30W 等，現在又有不少消費者回報 Pixel 6 的指紋辨識器的速度慢且辨識正確率偏低，不少人質疑 Pixel 6 的指紋辨識器可能存在硬體瑕疵問題，但 Google 對此做出回應，表示問題並非出在硬體而是由於強化安全演算法造成。

根據 Google 的說法， Pixel 6 系列的指紋辨識搭配增強安全演算法進行指紋辨識，在較複雜的安全防護會使得辨識時間拉長，以及需要更完整的指紋資訊；由於 Pixel 6 系列使用的光學指紋辨識模組也使用在其它 Android 機型，但在其它機種的辨識狀況正常，故大致上可排除是硬體問題。但 Google 除了解答以外，並未正面回應此問題能否解決。

另外，由於 Google 指紋辨識性能低落的狀況在貼上保護貼後會更容易放大，在 Google 官方的說明頁面也指出若指紋辨識無法正常運作，可能就是額外貼附的螢幕保護貼造成，並建議改使用具備 Made For Google 認證產品。Pixel Phone 指紋辨識說明頁面
