Won’t 是 will not 的縮寫。
Will not leave the city until 4:00 字面上是「直到四點前，都不會離開這個城市」的狀態，也就是「直到四點才會離開這個城市」的意思喔。
再舉一些「直到...才...」not...until...的例子：
I won’t be back until 10 o’clock.
（我直到十點才會回來。）
→ 字面上是「直到十點前，我都沒有回來」。
I didn’t go to bed until 2 a.m. last night, so now I’m sleepy.
（我直到昨晚凌晨兩點才去睡覺，所以現在我很睏。）
