Windows的官方twitter帳號在13號公開了一則訊息，正式宣布一款新推出的客製化的「軟體」，結果只是虛晃一招，照片上是男女穿著老土款式的冬季毛衣，上面織著大家懷念 WIN95的那扇「窗」，這衣服名字也許是 WindowsUglySweater?
雖然說會提供給幸運的粉絲，不過並沒有說明辦法，只是玩玩百爛文字梗而已。
