● 天賦過人
◎ talent / talented
Talent 是「天賦、天分」，要表示「在...方面的天賦」，可以在後面加上介係詞 for。例如：
Mozart showed his remarkable talent for music at an early age.
（莫札特自幼展現出超群的音樂天賦。）
形容詞 talented 則是「有天賦的、技藝高超的」的意思。例如：
Many young, talented designers attended the international forum last Sunday.
（許多天資過人的年輕設計師在上週日參與這場國際論壇。）
◎ gift / gifted
Gift 除了「禮物」，也有「天賦」的意思，後面加上 for，表示「在...方面的天賦」。例如：
This publishing house is looking for editors with an extraordinary gift for languages.
（這家出版社正在尋覓有過人語言天賦的編輯。）
形容詞 gifted 則是「有天賦的、有天分的」的意思。若要表示「具有哪方面的天賦」，還可以在後面加上介係詞 with。例如：

（聽到如此才華洋溢的音樂家演奏，著實是一場聽覺盛宴。）
◎ accomplished
這個詞有「很有才華的、熟練的、有造詣的、精通的」等意思。例如：
Terry is a highly accomplished speaker who is skilled at injecting humor into his speeches.
（Terry 是位才華洋溢的演說家，擅長在演講中加入幽默。）
● 多才多藝
◎ versatile
Versatile 形容物品，指「萬用的、多功能的」，形容人，則是指「多才多藝的」。例如：
Jane dreams of becoming a versatile actress in both film and TV.
（Jane 夢想成為一名多才多藝的電影及電視劇演員。）
◎ all-round
這個詞有「多才多藝的、全能的」的意思。例如：
Adam is a great all-round baseball player who deserves a big contract.
（Adam 是位超級全能的棒球選手，值得一張大合約。）
至於「多才多藝的人、全能的人、通才」，也可以說 all-rounder。
● 出類拔萃
◎ exceptional
名詞 exception 是「例外的人事物」，形容詞 exceptional 延伸出「卓越的、出類拔萃的」的意思。例如：
Monet is one of the most exceptional painters of all time.
（莫內是有史以來最出類拔萃的畫家之一。）
◎ outstanding
動詞 stand out 是「出眾、突出」的意思，形容詞 outstanding 則指「傑出的、卓越的、出眾的」。例如：
The Old Man and the Sea is a short novel written by the outstanding writer Ernest Hemingway in 1951.
