充電、換電、混電與替代能源,機車產業也還在思考電動化的方向

不同於汽車產業的電動化發展已經有明確的做法,空間有限的二輪車產業雖有 Gogoro 打破僵局以換電、串聯搭配行星齒輪組作出令人耳目一新的電動車,不過多數機車廠也還在思索到底該如何面對電動化發展趨勢,在東京機車展上多半的機車廠仍以內燃機新車為主,然仍有幾家的車廠提出對於電動機車的作法。

本田展出的車款是基於旗下頗受歡迎的輕型旅行車款 PCX 的電動機車與混合動力機車,這兩款產品先前也已經在其他展會曝光過,而這次也因應準備電動版本預備市售化公布技術數據,比較意外的是本田並未公布馬達的最大輸出功率,而是提供保守數字的額定功率, PCX 純電動版本的額定功率為 0.98kW ,不過額定功率是以長時間連續運作的可靠輸出為前題量測,並非最大輸出功率,也很令人好奇在本田設計規劃下能有怎樣的實際表現。

PCX 純電版本採用兩顆大型電池,並提供電池充電站以及直接透過車身充電的方式,不過原本 PCX 車廂就不大,加入電池後等同沒有車廂可用空間;至於混合動力版本則未公布實際數據,但在二輪載具採用混合動力的難度遠大於汽車,畢竟原本就不大的空間要乘載兩套系統並不容易,且還要考慮到兩套系統的偕同運作等。

由於各國環保法規日益嚴格,導致 50cc 機車成本過高, Yamaha 已經選擇與 Honda 合作共同開發在日本當地仍有內需需求的 50cc 車輛, Yamaha 在展場則是展出電化的 eVino ,當年在台灣由港星莫文蔚代言也是紅及一時,而 eVino 鎖定的是日本當地 50cc 級電動車的替代方案,使用小型電池可供獨立充電,不過仍占據約一半的車廂空間。

如 Honda 與 Toyota 皆在汽車產業投入燃料電池技術的開發,相較鋰電池燃料電池使用後僅排放水,同時填充速度極快,是相當有利的替代能源,但燃料電池所需的高壓氫氣生產成本現階段仍相當高,故相較鋰電池還不易普及; Suzuki 利用中大型休旅機車 Burgerman 作為基礎,展示燃料電池電動機車的可能性,以定速 60 的情況下可提供 120 公里續航力,若能搭配緊密佈建的高壓氫氣站確實有一定的魅力在。

由本田創辦人本田宗一郎兒子本田博俊創辦的無限除了汽車改裝以外,也投入相當多的技術研發,而其中用以參加曼島 TT 賽事的仿賽型電動車"神電"更可說是目前電動機車界的夢幻車款,在今年車展也展示了神電 7 ,這款搭載 maxell 電池技術的賽車可輸出最高 160HP 以上的動力,比起內燃機重車也毫不遜色,只是車上使用的高科技與電池技術何時才有機會轉移到市售車上就還是未知數了。
