美國通訊軟體 Telegram 跟 Telegram X 在昨天被 Apple App Store 下架，Telegram 即刻在官方 Twitter 官方帳號回答被撤除的原因，是因為用戶在交談當中使用不當的內容，但稍早 Telegram 跟 Telegram X 已經重新回到 App Store 中。

Telegram 執行長 Pavel Durov 昨天在 Twitter 表示 Telegram 跟 Telegram X 被 Apple 認為因為用戶交談當中使用不當，所以先暫時撤除。不過今天 App Store 已經重新讓 Telegram 跟Telegram X 回到 Apple Store，針對這樣大幅度的動作 Apple 一直未正式說明原因。
據外媒報導 Telegram 的開發人員表示，這款通訊軟體比起其他系統更安全，因為他們使用私密聊天的時候是使用點對點的加密，不在伺服器上留下痕跡，同時阻止轉發並允許訊息刪除。也因為這種特殊加密功能反而讓英國首相特別關切，認為小型平台可以迅速成為恐怖份子的有力工具。不過 Telegram 則表示他們確實有阻止 ISIS 相關恐怖份子的機器人，但是他們不會阻止任何人發表其他意見。
