自2016年7月3日起，我不同意Facebook用我的照片，我的信息以及我的任何出版物，無論 是過去和未來，我只同意所有我出手的文本，只在我原先發布的地方出現。 藉由本文，敬告Facebook，嚴禁披露、複製、分發、轉貼，出售我的資料、照片或任何其 他對我的文件和/或其相關內容的任意操作。 總的來說，本人在FacebooK上的文件內容皆屬個人隱私和機密資訊。違反上開宣告，將依 法（UCC1-308-11308-103和羅馬規約）究處。 ……………… 註：目前Facebook屬公開園地。所有會員必須張貼本項宣告才能保護個人隱私等……。如 果覺得必要，你可以複製並貼上本項宣示。 如果不至少發布一次像這樣的聲明，就等同默許臉書任意使用你的照片以及隨意配置文件 的狀態與更新信息。 不要分享或按讚。這項宣示必須要由您自己複製和貼出。 From Friday 3nd July 2016, I don't give Facebook permission to use my pictures , my information or my publications, both of the past and the future, mine Or the ones where I appear. 很多人都知道這是網路謠言了，那麼，其中真實的部分又有多少呢？其實早在你當初註冊 Facebook 帳號時，Facebook的服務條款就寫得相當明白：「您擁有您在 Facebook 發佈的所有內容和資料，您可透過隱私和應用程式設定管理您的分享內容方式。」，也就是說，Facebook並沒有真的「擁有」你發布的這些資料。
但這不代表 Facebook 完全無法使用你發布的東西，在服務條款的第二點鐘可以看到：
Facebook 獲得用戶非獨有、可轉讓、可再授權而且免版稅的全球授權，當用戶刪除智財權內容或帳號，這個授權才宣告結束。
那麼，貼上這段隱私聲明是有效的嗎？答案是，當然沒有！
如果真的複製貼上一段文字就能讓註冊的條款失效，那 Facebook 也不用這麼那費周章的修改這些條款了。而且早在四年前，就已經有類似的謠言在流傳了。如果你真的不想讓Facebook使用你發布的任何資訊，那麼只有一種做法，就是停止使用Facebook！所以不要再分享網路謠言啦，倒是快把這篇分享出去吧！
