BBC 廣播訪問微軟創辦人比爾蓋茲（Bill Gates），哪首音樂最適合比爾和賈伯斯兩人，蓋茲用披頭四的名曲「Two of US」總結兩者之間的關係。
「在個人電腦發展的歷史中，賈伯斯是非常獨特的一個人，特別是建立蘋果（電腦）。我為 Apple II 撰寫軟體的那段時候，我們曾一起共事，賈伯斯有時候實在很難相處，但有些時候非常激勵人心。
前幾年賈伯斯可能太投入工作了，所以導致他身體不適，那時的他更顯出個人的溫暖特質，包括他訴說的生活與孩子們。不論如何，賈伯斯就是個不可思議的天才，我個人則是更像個工程師。不論如何，我們之間應該超乎友誼，遺憾的是，賈伯斯並沒有戰勝病魔。」比爾在 Desert Island Discs 節目說到他們兩者間有各種不同關係。
